Athlete development for every judoka
Track motor tests, anthropometry, body weight and age-based norms. Follow each judoka's physical development with visual progress graphs in a single profile from first trial onward.
Team Link One brings your beginner groups, advanced judoka, training schedule, attendance and parent communication into one place. For coaches who want to spend more time on the tatami and less on admin.
Start free for your judo clubTrack motor tests, anthropometry, body weight and age-based norms. Follow each judoka's physical development with visual progress graphs in a single profile from first trial onward.
Parents see only their child: training schedule, attendance, payments, messages from the sensei. No WhatsApp group with 60 unknown numbers. Adult judoka manage their own profile, U16+ get their own login.
Monthly fees, seminar registrations and dojo equipment — generated as PDFs with HUB3 barcodes (and EPC QR / IPS QR where banks support them). Parents scan, the bank fills the form, you stop chasing transfers.
Walk onto the tatami, tap who's there, log who's late, write a quick note on a uchi-mata that needs work. The mobile app is the daily tool — desktop is for the dojo office.
End-of-season visual reports per judoka: attendance, tested motor skills, sensei notes. Parents see something concrete, not just a chat summary. Print or share as a PDF for the parents' meeting.
Beginner group, advanced group, kata group, women's group, randori session — create as many groups as the club actually has. Judoka can sit in more than one (e.g. weeknight regular training + Sunday morning competition prep).
Open the mobile app, mark which judoka are travelling. After the event, record each judoka's result — placement and medal — straight onto their profile, ready for Monday's debrief.
Share your public dojo page on social media, parents fill the registration form, you accept the child into the white-belt beginner group. No paper forms, no manual data entry.
Run sprint, agility and grip-strength tests on Tuesday. Enter once on the phone, get age-normed graphs per judoka. Compare to last season and to the group average for that birth year.
Generate barcode invoices for the whole dojo in one batch. The portal sends them to parents. Mark received payments. Done before training, no Excel needed.
Yes. The Free plan covers groups, athletes, training schedule, attendance and the parent portal. Single-sensei dojos with 30–60 judoka run fine on it from day one. You add modules (messaging, payments, athlete development) only when you actually need them.
Yes. Each group has its own coach (or coaches), its own training schedule and its own parent contacts. A coach who runs the beginner group doesn't see the advanced group's data unless they're explicitly added to it too.
A single athlete profile can belong to multiple groups. Their attendance, payments and development data stay on one profile. They appear in both training schedules without duplication.
Yes. Team Link One generates HUB3 payment slips with a barcode (and EPC QR / IPS QR in countries where banks support them). Parents open the PDF on their phone, scan it in their banking app, and the IBAN, amount and reference number are filled in automatically.
Yes. Every dojo is a separate tenant with isolated data. Every club electronically accepts our Data Processing Agreement at signup, data is encrypted in transit, and an athlete's record can be exported or deleted on request. Parents access only their own child's profile, not the rest of the dojo.
No credit card. Free plan covers core features for dojos of every size. Bring your beginner group, your advanced judoka and your dojo bookkeeping into one tool.
