What tennis coaches actually use it for

Athlete development per category

Track motor tests, anthropometry and age-based norms across U10, U12, U14, U16, U18. Keep a single profile from the red-ball tennis school all the way to the junior squad — fitness markers tested and tracked over time with visual progress graphs, plus coach notes.

Parent and athlete portal

Parents see only their child: lesson schedule, attendance, payments, messages from the coach. No WhatsApp group with 60 unknown numbers. Adult players manage their own profile, U16+ get their own login.

Barcode payment slips for membership and lessons

Monthly fees, court packages, summer camp deposits, racket restringing — generated as PDFs with HUB3 barcodes (and EPC QR / IPS QR where banks support them). Parents scan, the bank fills the form, you stop chasing transfers.

Mobile coaching hub

Walk onto the court, tap who's there for the group lesson, log who's late, write a quick note on a backhand technique to follow up. The mobile app is the daily tool — desktop is for the office.

Progress reports for parents

End-of-season visual reports per player: attendance, tested motor skills, coach notes. Parents see something concrete, not just a chat summary. Print or share as a PDF for the parents' meeting.

Flexible groups for lessons and squads

Red ball, orange ball, green ball, full court juniors, ranking squad, adult group lessons, private lesson list — create as many groups as the school actually has. Players can sit in more than one (e.g. group lesson + private lessons + tournament squad).

Daily situations the platform was built for

Saturday tournament day

Open the mobile app, mark who's playing in today's draw. After the tournament, record each player's result — placement and medal — straight onto their profile, ready for next week's lesson plan.

Tennis school enrolment in September

Share your public club page on social media, parents fill the registration form, you accept the child into the right colour-ball group. No paper forms, no manual data entry.

Pre-season testing week

Run 20m sprint, agility T-test and vertical jump on Tuesday. Enter once on the phone, get age-normed graphs per player. Compare to last season — and to the U14 average for that birth year.

End-of-month financials

Generate barcode invoices for all enrolled players in one batch. The portal sends them to parents. Mark received payments. Done before lessons, no Excel needed.

Tennis clubs ask us this most

Does it work for a small tennis school with two coaches?

Yes. The Free plan covers groups, players, lesson schedule, attendance and the parent portal. Two-coach schools with 30–60 kids run fine on it from day one. You add modules (messaging, payments, athlete development) only when you actually need them.

Can we manage red/orange/green/yellow ball groups separately?

Yes. Each level is its own group with its own coach, its own lesson schedule and its own parent contacts. A coach who runs red ball doesn't see green ball data unless they're explicitly added to that group too.

How do we handle players who take both group and private lessons?

A single player profile can belong to multiple groups. Attendance, payments and development data stay on one profile. The player appears in the group lesson roster, the private lessons list and the tournament squad without duplication.

Can parents pay club membership via barcode?

Yes. Team Link One generates HUB3 payment slips with a barcode (and EPC QR / IPS QR in countries where banks support them). Parents open the PDF on their phone, scan it in their banking app, and the IBAN, amount and reference number are filled in automatically.

Is athlete data safe under GDPR?

Yes. Every club is a separate tenant with isolated data. Every club electronically accepts our Data Processing Agreement at signup, data is encrypted in transit, and a player's record can be exported or deleted on request. Parents access only their own child's profile, not the rest of the club.
